Hard to find when following Google map because it leads you to the back of the building. Accessibility of location when visiting the city, metro is just few steps away. Few restaurants and shops outside the door.

Location, clean room, helping stuff and did i said location is great, all subway and train stations are in few minutes walk.

The staff was friendly. We arrived at night and we didn't have any water. The receptionist was very nice and gave us a bottle of water. The place was quiet and located on a nice street.

The location was great. The staff were very helpful, that day the elevator was under maintenance and the receptionist came down and helped me with the bags. Good value for the location

Location is right in the heart of Milan, they offer a great complementay breakfast of coffee and croissants at the cafe just down the road. The rooms were clean. This is excellent value for the price.

Convenient location, close to the metro station and shopping area. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good value for money. I definitely recommend for a short stay.

The hotel is close to the city center. It’s definitely a plus. It’s convenient for exploring and experiencing everything Milan has to offer. the staff are friendly and accommodating. Plus, having Abdulkerim who speaks Turkish is a great advantage! It is nice to have someone who understands your language and can assist you.

Great location, surrounded by good local restaurants and cafes which are much cheaper priced than in the centre of Milan. 10mins walk to Centrale Station. Easy access to ebikes and escooters, just download the app and you are good to go. Staff are excellent and always willing to help anytime of day/night. Loved the new bathroom 👌🏼
